As I was peacefully traveling to work in the slow lane, player 172471 rammed me unprovoked from behind at full speed, causing me to wreck and my vehicle engine condition to deteriorate.
It at first appeared to be an accident, until the player returned and again ramming my stationary vehicle while it was off the road in an attempt to run me over. Only a frame or two of the player ID is visible at 3:15 mark.
