Why did I get banned?

I don't think I did anything wrong in the forum I opened. However, the manager said 'there is an investigation against you' and I was suspended for 30 days. I want to know why. I'm sorry if I've done anything wrong, I'm just applying to find out why the ban was given and, if possible, to shorten the length of my sentence. This is my first time getting banned.
