1. Leader of Vagos
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-Vagos was an organization that left a big mark on me. Role-playing (RP) and its people, it is an organization that I love very much.
2-Vagos gang is my life. I have carried the color green in my heart for a long time, and I don’t feel connected to any other gang in this state. In the past, I gave everything for this gang, and I continue to do so now—I am determined to do the same in the future.
Thanks to the experiences I’ve gained with this gang, I believe I am the right person to lead it. The interests of my members are very important to me, and passing on the gang lifestyle to them is an essential part of my duty. As an experienced gangster, I am ready to sacrifice myself for this gang.
I want to bring them to a position of strength, making them the most feared and most respected gang out there.
3-I think Vagos has always been an underrated gang that stayed in the background. In my opinion, it's time to change that. That's why I'm coming to take Vagos' best term!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Corruption RP: Bribe cops, threaten witnesses, or plant fake evidence.
-Respect RP Rules: Avoid FailRP, PG, and MG.
-Train New Members: Create RP guides, mentor programs, and initiation rituals for recruits.
-Use RP Language & Slang: Develop unique phrases, slogans, or coded terms to increase immersion. Example: Instead of saying "kill him," say "put him to sleep."
