Dear Admins,
I would like to appeal my recent demorgan penalty as I believe I was following the correct RP procedures. I was in the ghetto when the Bloods gang confronted me for stealing. They patched me up, took my cash, weapons, and everything I had. During the interaction, I was cooperating fully and engaging with them properly.
Due to my microphone’s high volume, I had to rely on chat for communication, as you can see in the recording. After they finished robbing me, I typed, "Can I go now?"—not in a way that broke fear RP, but rather as a request for permission to leave. Unfortunately, this may have been misinterpreted.
At that point, I lowered my hands momentarily, and when they instructed me to put them back up, I was in the process of complying. However, I was suddenly placed in demorgan for fear RP, despite my best efforts to follow the rules.
I kindly ask you to review this situation, as I believe I was acting within proper RP guidelines. I appreciate your time and consideration.
Additionally, before this situation escalated, an admin approached me and informed me that I was doing something wrong. At that moment, I was simply asking how to put my hands up, as I was unsure of the correct command. Unfortunately, I do not have POV of that conversation, but everything was going well before this incident.
