Life Story: Jamie Saint was born in Blackpool, a city in the UK. Crime was rampant in the city, and there were very few opportunities. With a single mother struggling to support them, Jamie quickly realized that bending the law was often a necessity to get by. As a teenager, he was far too intelligent for his own good. He had the uncanny ability to talk his way out of any situation, and whether he was making legal or illegal decisions, he knew how to make money. While his friends engaged themselves in petty crime, Jamie was always two steps ahead, scheming for bigger stakes and setting himself apart from the rest of his peers. His first step towards a better future started when he moved to Los Santos at the age of 25. Jamie was done with his past and wanted to build a future for himself, but Jamie came to the harsh realization that while the players have changed, the game remains the same.
Career Story: Arriving in Los Santos, Jamie quite literally had no wealth to his name, but he was savvy enough to start working in security. Having his smartness and ability of reading people and tough situations Jamie's attention where he was noticed by the Los Santos Police Department. Although he was from a completely different background, Jamie’s training was faster than average so he rose through the ranks rapidly. He was smart and had great tactical sense, which eventually made him the head of the swat Division where he managed high risk operations and criminals. However, for a period of time, Jamie did put on the facade and played with the rules. But the deeper he went into the system, the more he realized the law is not about justice, but control. The rich criminals always bought their way out while the poor, honest but unfortunate ones rotted in jail cells and the good officers floundered throughout. Jamie realized if he wanted any form of power in Los Santos, he would have to stop playing with the established rules and start focusing on building his own. As he started obtaining more money, Jamie's appetite grew which led to him making small bribes and giving orders for petty offenses to neck a profit. Now, Jamie isn’t just a cop he’s a businessman, selling freedom to the highest bidder while keeping his reputation spotless. By day, he’s a decorated officer. By night, he’s part of the city’s underground network, pulling the strings behind the scenes
Outcomes:
1. jamie can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2. jamie can cleans people‘s criminal background from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
3. jamie can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favors.
4. jamie can search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, can break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
5. jamie can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name or refuse to provide any type of identification
6. jamie can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he got bribed from gang/family members.
7. jamie can intimidate/torture people on/off-duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing)
8. jamie can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
9. jamie can engage in criminal activities such as breaking state laws while on or off duty, such as going in ghetto and kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat and kidnap others 10-15 and save them.
