2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1
-> Since i have been long in city and joined both legal and illegal organisation. I joined legal org in 5 age and start my journey in lspd as a newlie and learn about the responsibility, activities, work and how to maintain coordination no toxicity etc. I am in lspd from 3 term and get a good experience supervisor of hr, lieutenant, captain of pr also hc in other leo organisation, this is my favourite organsiation in legal/state side whenever i want to become a legal member 1st priority is lspd, So i want to complete my dream to lead my favourite organisation as a leader.
2.2 I have a good learning skill and managing skill that help me to lead in event [store/gun rob, fz , hs , acc, subs, gang raid , gp and many more etc] in absence of leader/deputy in city. i want to become the leader f lspd because i want to increase lspd activity in towing , patrolling , and events with good bonus system . i want to maintain peace in city by arresting all criminals doing crime. I have good communication skills and I have the ability to work and meet with a lot of people everyday. Police Chiefs work and meet with a lot of people which means you need to have good communication skills and ability to meet and work with a lot of people.
2.3 As i learn alot of things before becoming leader of bunta and from that i know how organisation gonna work and run smoothly. As a leader i will ensure that there will be no rule break by lspd and complete all weekly requirement without any worries.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
We will always be always active in all events and do diffrent professional activities like (Ghetto patrolling, Checkpoint, Highwaypatrolling, SUBS, etc.)
- I will require at least 1 HC to be present even when making the department, in order to perform it in accordance with the rules. In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
- We will do everything professionally.
- Any rule break will lead to a kick, strikes, or blacklisted from the org.
- do promotion ceremony 1 in every 1 weak.
- good bonus system in the org.
- there will be a proper strike system in the org.
- Better connections with other organizations, such as training together, doing UC work with all orgs, etc.
- there will be proper departments in the org.
- there will be no favoritism for hc or deputy rank.
