Introduction to Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
The Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is a state-operated healthcare organization dedicated to providing essential medical services, including patient care, first aid for injured individuals, medical transportation, and the production of medical supplies. EMS plays a critical role in conducting medical inspections, government-related health activities, and vaccination programs, ensuring the health and safety of the citizens of San Andreas.
Core Principles
All EMS personnel are mandated to provide medical assistance impartially, without discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, language, origin, socioeconomic status, religion, beliefs, or affiliation. Services are extended to all individuals and organizations regardless of their legal or organizational structure, ownership, or location. Exceptions are made only when there is a direct threat to the life of EMS personnel. Additionally, individuals have the right to refuse medical services, and EMS staff are required to respect such decisions.
