- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2- I believe I could make LSPD great again like its former leaders, William, Billy, Jessica and Mighty. I believe with me as leader I could fix a lot of things in LSPD, as well could introduce new things in LSPD and could teach the new guys how to be successful in this city as LEO and as a person.
3- I was Leader of LSPD in the past I made some mistakes due which I was disbanded after first term I have learned what I did wrong and I want to use my previous experience and new experience to be a better leader. I want to improve on what I did wrong last time out to make this LSPD great this time around.
- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Some Ideas to improve RP:
PR: The department of Public relations will show the image of LSPD to everyone else. They will collaborate directly with LI during their PR events. They will also collaborate with other orgs to hold large events for all citizens as well as Units of different org.
HRT: The department of Human Resource and Training will be responsible for handling logs, roster and training. This is the most important department in LSPD. They will be responsible for training officers how to handle being a LEO. I will look over this personally along with my deputy to make sure this department run fine so that we have quality officers.
Parking Enforcement: This department will be responsible for clearing the city of traffic and cars which are parked on the road or where they shouldn't be parked. Me along with my HC team will make sure that this department is running fine and there is at least one tow truck out towing. They will also be train to put speed cameras on different points of city to give tickets to high speeding cars but before they will ticket they need to try to give them demands to stop and if a person they need to ask reason for speeding and etc to improve RP.
IA: The department of Internal affairs is another important department in LSPD. This department act as internal police to catch corrupted officers or to catch officers mistake. This department will check on the officers that every officer is doing his duty as a officer and not making any mistake. This department will be handle directly by me and my deputy.
SWAT: The department of Special Weapons and Tactics will take lead of LSPD during events and special missions. They will be do training with other orgs to improve coordination during missions. They will also take lead on Ghetto Patrols and events
UC: The department of Undercover will directly coordinate with FIB to give them evidences against gangs and crime families. I will also bring back deep UC thing from back in jess term.
I will also coordinate with other orgs to do some activities with them. For example I will talk with GOV whenever there VIPs need to move they could give a call to LSPD to have them escorted to there destination. I will also talk with NG to train their soldiers along side our units or vice versa so if any person try to change his profession they don't find it hard or overwhelming by some new procedures. I will also talk with SAHP leader to share jurisdiction from time to time to help each other out during time of need. I will also talk with LI that during their events they can give a call to LSPD to provide security to them. I will also talk with EMS that during their open recruitment LSPD could come down to their HQ to check people background and help them with open recruitment and will also talk with them that one of LSPD HC can visit them once a week or two to check all people working at EMS background.
