Additional information
1. Leader of LSPD
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.A Creating a better organization
My main motivation for wanting to become LSPD leader is that I want this ORG to the best version of itself possible. I have a lot of experience in legal orgs, I was rank 28 in LSPD William Robbinsons term and Sergio Korrs term. I was Senior State Attorney during Charlie Pellegrini's term and I was Rank 28 during Lola Swordthain's term in SAHP. I am currently rank 25 in FIB during Mike White's term. I will have very experienced people as my deputies and in positions of high command who will know how to keep order and discipline in the organization while maintaining great activity. I have experience in HRT and I will be using this experience to making sure HRT is constantly active, hiring and training. I will have a lot of oversight on this department as I know activity is very important!

2.B Focus on improving night shift activity
My second motivation for becoming leader of LSPD is that I want to focus on improving night shift activity. I believe night shift is just as important as the day shift. I will have a few ideas to improve night shift activity. My first idea would be to have a few hc spots reserved for night shift officers including HRT so there is constant hiring and training even during night shift. I will also give out bonuses for nightshift if they log it correctly. This will help incentive night shift activity.

2. C Creating a system of Meritocracy
My third motivation for becoming LSPD leader is that I want to create a system of meritocracy. I would like for there to be clear lines of succession so if someone of a higher rank such as HOD or COS is no longer in that position, the person below them will be instantly ready and available to take their position. This will help limit favoritism and ensure that only the most qualified individuals are at the position they are suited for. Everyone's logs will be constantly evaluated to ensure it is up to standard for LEOS, for RP and for their department.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.A
I believe it all starts from the top, so everyone at the top will be expected to have a high level of roleplay to ensure they are influencing the officers below them on how to roleplay.
3.B
The interview process for joining LSPD will test people's roleplay capabilities and ensure they understand how to roleplay.
3.C
Everyone's logs will be checked to ensure they are using proper commands such as BC commands. The commands channel will be kept up to date with commands needed for general roleplay such as giving BC to a lawyer.
3.D
There will be an open door policy so that if someone has questions on how to roleplay, they are able to ask and be given guidance at any time!
3.E
Any videos that LSPD will have uploaded for training will show proper roleplay and commands to be a guiding hand for the next generation of Leos.
