I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to respectfully request your assistance in resolving a recent ban issue regarding my accounts (Main ID: 173752 and Twink ID: 180289). My accounts were banned for "Ban Evading," which I believe is a misunderstanding due to my husband and I sharing the same Wi-Fi network. While we do play from the same IP address, we use separate PCs and Social Club accounts, and there is no intention to violate any rules or evade bans.
Previously, I had faced a ban under GR 1.4 for multi-accounting, but after a PC check conducted by Admin Pablo, my account was unbanned. I fully respect the game’s rules, and I have never attempted to bypass any bans or cheat in any way. I understand how the system may have flagged our accounts due to the shared connection, but I assure you that we are playing fairly and separately.
I also wanted to mention that my husband has been blacklisted due to multiple bans, and while I respect the admin team's decision in that regard, I want to emphasize that I have not made any mistakes myself. I have always strived to follow the rules and contribute positively to the community.
I have invested a significant amount of money in this game, having spent over 5,000 GC Coins on my main account and over 2,000 GC Coins on my twink account. I truly enjoy playing Grand RP and have deep respect for the project and the management team. The time and money I’ve invested reflect how much I care about this community, and I sincerely hope that this situation can be cleared up.
I am more than willing to undergo another PC check if needed to verify the integrity of my accounts. Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide to help resolve this matter.
