Why should we unban you?

Dear support team,

I am a fair and honest player and have always respected the rules of the server. Grand RP is my favorite server, and I've invested a lot of time into building a positive and respectful community with other players.One day I was playing in arena with a colleague and there came the ban, it's been a while now.

I always play with great enthusiasm. It was all the more surprising to me when I realized that I had been banned. According to the information i have a permanent ban. I have now been actively playing on the server again and don't understand why I was banned now. The reason is unknown to me because i only played arena matches.

I therefore politely ask you to review my case again. I would really be happy about being unbanned because I really enjoy Grand RP and want to continue to be an active and fair part of the community.
