This is not an unban appeal, my question is gr 1.4 claims that all other accounts except the main account are permanently banned and the main account is banned for a maximum of 60 days. This means that my brother's first account 325174 should be banned for max 60 days and he says it is permanent.

I want to know which account is banned for 60 days
