Hey bobby,

Today when i am trying to open the game suddenly i saw that my account got ban for ER 1.7 fam war.
And seriously from the 1st daty of en3 server i never attended this type of event in my life.
and also please hire a genium admin who see the details of the player before giving any type of ban with out any reason,
It a very big loss for me because i grind in game too much with doing battlepass and Etc.

Please consider my request looking forward with positive response
