2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
2.1: LSPD is my fav organization And I'm very passionate about it that much , even my bestfriend got NG term so I was in NG with main and in LSPD with Twink , I have a soft emotional corner towards LSPD and Now I want to help other people to Get know things better I want to help them being a good Police officer and Help organization roll out well and Last thing its my dream to lead LSPD
2.1 : As I always say we are not perfect but as I have worked in every department of LSPD And gain knowledge from every department so I feel I'm confident enough to look up on every department with the respective COS and HOD as well And then there will be a transparency between Me and Them So No favoritism As well .
2.3 : I Always stay positive , I always stay professional with my work , act politely to everyone , I never lie to anyone , always give good gesture to everyone I met and now that people wanted to see me as leader these are all reasons why I wanted to be a leader Of LSPD .
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1 : As I said in my previous Application the most important thing about LSPD is Traffic enforcement , towing , giving fines to people and all officer thinks its low level work but , From my deep experience I have figured it out this is what we are in LSPD for , we need to focus on Traffic enforcement things So my main goal all time being as leader to motivate and inspire my all Officers To focus on the main Goal Of LSPD . Then there are other thing like Colab event with LI special mission with Other LEO org and many more
3.2 : Second thing I want to do some changes In department Obviously with curator's approval , In steed of Traffic enforcement There will be Towie department which is dedicated to Towing only . Then another big Change i want to do is there will be new department named police academy Which will focus Only on training and teaching Basic thing to new people or players so that there will be less chance of Big mistakes like new people do for example towing in ghetto , Going for patrolling in ghetto , attending yellow zone event without uniform , stealing from org , etc. And then last change is there will be no UC department in steed of people will focus on Towie department And If people will get train then they will do better Roleplay
3.3 : I have got to know In my past experience more friendly to your org members then they give max efforts towards Org , So I'm gonna do off duty parties to All my Org members , another thing I always look up on every single individual If he having any issue or having any problem I will solve also if anyone having any internal issue with each other I will also solve the problem between them and will make them better friends so according to me all better things comes with better friendship
