Hey Admins As you can see this person doing cr while i was towing car as well as he was also stoping me from towing car by coming in front of that car ypu can se he has done multiple cr as well as he did rdm when i was giving fine without any demands he killed me as well as he abused me there Please check for GR3.1 i am not sure it will include or not so please check the pov

ID (113838) will receive a punishment for (CR + RDM)
However,
ID (162764) will receive a punishment for (RDM + UB Demands)​
