Dear Project Curator/Administration Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal my recent ban, as I believe it was issued unfairly and without sufficient opportunity to address the situation. While playing on the server, I was invited to a Discord community by a close friend. This server provided general information about GTA V RP. Shortly after joining, an admin named Azure Duke approached me and requested that I join a private voice channel, stating that the Discord server was unauthorized or illegal. During our conversation in the voice channel, Azure Duke warned me that my presence in the server was a violation. I immediately left the Discord server to ensure compliance with the rules. However, after ending the voice call, I was issued a 60-day ban without further explanation, despite cooperating by leaving the server as requested. At no point prior to this interaction was I aware that being in that Discord server was against the rules, nor was there any official policy indicating that such an action would result in a ban. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have left the server immediately, as I have no intention of violating server regulations. Additionally, if the ban was related to suspicions of purchasing Grand Coins from that server, I want to clarify that I have never engaged in such activity. To demonstrate my compliance and good faith, I am fully willing to undergo a PC check or any other verification process required to prove my innocence. I have always strived to follow the server’s rules and have been a fair and dedicated player. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request a review of this ban. While I acknowledge the warning provided during the voice call, I believe the immediate 60-day penalty was disproportionate, especially after I complied by leaving the server promptly. I value this community deeply and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue playing. To further demonstrate my commitment, I am willing to accept any form of account wipe or additional measures to improve my standing and ensure compliance with the server’s policies. I am fully prepared to accept any kind of wipe on my account if necessary. Thank you for taking the time to consider my appeal. I look forward to your response and hope for a fair resolution.
