Hello Dear Higer Ups

İm opening this forum for you because this guy deceivied hirger ups and get unbanned. id 89727 banned for gr 1.1 and forum account banned to for Forum Ban evading.But he deceived you by opening a new forum account and opening a new forum to get his ban removed. I request that he be punished again with GR 1.1 because it is not possible for someone who is evading a forum ban to get his ban unbanned. He deceived the admins and got his ban removed.
