Over time, I repaid the money I owed him. A few days later, I found a house I liked at an auction, and I bought it. I noticed that the friend from whom I had borrowed the money was looking for an apartment near the Beach Market for convenience, as he is a trader. I thought to myself, why not sell him my house? It would benefit both of us: I wouldn't need the house since I already own another one, and he would get a place closer to the market.
So, I offered to sell him the house at a price that would allow me to make a small profit. My friend agreed to the price, and I sold him the house. After a while, I received the penalty, and upon reflecting on it, I realized that what we did was a mistake, though it was not intentional.
