I know its "the purge"

But I was shot to death on hotel grounds.

I have a bodycam, however I'm unable to identify the culprit (the game's problem?) at medium range (or maybe close range since I was shotgunned to death)

In the Purge, the only Greenzone that still functions as a Green zone would be the Hospital.
