Hello Dear Senior Administration, this is Lukas Six. I am the owner of the family Kalyug.
I am here to appeal and request for my recent ban of ER1.7 and Bug Abuse where I got punished by Administrator Donna Hill for a period of 60 days. Firstly i would like to clarify that I am fully innocent here because I did not cutted any POV which was requested and I did not tried to edit it even. Personally I use nVidia Instant Replay so my game can run smoothly and I can play perfectly, in this case the event was ‘Hacker Event’ which is probably about 30 minutes and I do not thing using instant replay and not recording the whole 30 minutes changes anything because when we save the last 15 minutes it displays that “you have recorded the last 15 minutes through Instant Replay”. I will add all the POVs in 1 Video so you can see that I have not gone against the server rules or tried to hide something from the Administrator. Secondly I record all overlays so you can see that I am just listening to songs and doing any Meta Gaming for any advantage or any EDITING was not done. I have been a long time part of this project and have been playing for a lot of hours, I do not break too much rules and trying to improve my self for my family. Thirdly I did gave the POV of me shooting him and killing him when Zaid Pluxury requested but after a while Donna Hill requested the whole POV where I already provided the POV of killing him. I have been targeted in this case by ID: 325164 , the reason I am saying that is because why would a guy who is not even a part of a LEO organisation would POV Request the other guy who is doin the Hacker Event or in case he wanna stop the event so he can do the other Hacker Event for himself why would he make 2 POV Requests back to back?
These Forum shown below shows that this guy clearly wanted me to get banned:
Forum 1: where 325164 POV requested me https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/935905/#post-3283228 (which got reviewed later after my friend commented that 48 hours have been passed)
Forum 2: where 325164 made a complaint against the admin for closing the forum Rejected - Wrong Decision | Zaid Pluxury (which got rejected by the Curator of Administrator)
Forum 3: he again makes a POV Request on me for the same forum Reviewed - [Donna] Pov Req | 336452
He is clearly targeting me to get banned because me and my family wins a lot of Hacker Events.
I would also like to point out that this guy is forum ban evading as well! He was blacklisted from the Server EN2 where his forum account was Rejected - GOV Corrupt Bio | Aditya Love | 67761 his ID in EN2 server is 67661 and he is blacklisted from that server + his forum is also blacklisted + forum ban evading.
I would also like to to point out that Donna Hill has wrongly punished me here because the forum complaint was made a little before 48 hours but the decision Donna Hill took is beyond 48 hours which should have been declared Rejected as per the forum rules. I did kill him by shooting through vents I do accept this but it was not intentional at all. If a player like me sees another guy on a wall or a vent he/she would definitely try to kill the opponent to see his luck. The bus abuse wasn’t intentional at all because if I want I could’ve killed him before too but I didn’t.
30 days ban for not having full POV where I do have the POV but in parts because of instant replay.
30 days ban for an intentional bug abuse.
I think the punishment is too much and I should be given a chance to play again.
I would be very happy to comply with any PC Check or my recordings check in the discord call because I did not tried to break any rules.
