Respected Mohamed Pluxury I hope you are doing well,
First of all, it is not a complaint; I got banned GR 1.1 while appealing to EMS leadership, but it is my first time getting a parma ban in my 2 years journey I did not break any rules and didn't get banned it's my first time, and I apologized for my mistake, I hope you help me in this by giving me first and the last chance. And can you please tell me at what date and time this rule is broken? please help me with this.
