Hi, this guy ID: 55199 came randomly in the city bank while I was at the NPC cashing out he started shooting for NO REASON whatsoever I didn't even have time to react or take cover cause it was unexpected.
It wasn't during the purge, it was after the server restart.

Ingame time of the accident: 4:37 AM
Reason: Unprovoked, unexpected, uncalled for, pure RDM.
