As you can see in the Pov provided the suspect ID: 177742 is Harassing my officers and when he is cuffed he does FL, and also called his friend to help him possible Meta Gaming. And at Time Stamp 03:07 ID: 176251 does Fail RP. Its in the POV Provided.
