2.1 LSPD was my first Law Enforcement organisation and since it has a special place in my heart. Some of my closest friends helped me grow and grind LSPD from bottom as a rookie to a high command, they helped me in incredible learning which shaped my leadership qualities overtime. Also I developed strong personal connection with the organisation, which continued to fuel my passion for growing and serving LSPD more.

2.2 I had the privilege of working as a High Command in every department of LSPD. This experience has given me a great understanding of how each department functions. Because of this, I am confident in my ability to oversee the entire organisation efficiently working alongside with COS HODs. My experience can ensure you that I can create fair policies and enhanced efficiency to the organisation.

2.3 LSPD stands out among other Law Enforcement org because it had jurisdiction among the whole city. I love this aspect of the org, as it gives us the ability to create a real impact in Los Santos, ensuring safety, professionalism and efficiency.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.

I want to make certain that when it comes to roleplay in LSPD, it is enjoyable, immersive and professional both for our officers and the civilians they come in contact with. Every situation, be it a traffic stop, an arrest, or even a large scale operation, should be engaging and life like for everyone involved. Having served as High Command in every department, I understand the importance of proper training in imporving roleplay standards. To enhance this, I will ensure:
  1. The Human Resources department and Training Academy provides structured training programs that cover essential topics such as arrest procedures, communication tactics, and scenario-based roleplay.
  2. The S.W.A.T division will regularly conduct simulated store robberies, hostage rescues, and gang raids, keeping officers prepared for high-risk situations. They will also stay updated with FIB tactics to maintain a competitive level of skill and professionalism during joint operations and events.
  3. By I.A Department i will ensure fair and unbiased investigations into officers accused of misconduct, making RP feel more dynamic and consequence-driven.
  4. PR will Organize public events to improve LSPDโ€™s public perception and encourage civilians to engage in RP with us.
  5. Towing Department is one of the most underrated yet critical divisions within LSPD, and I aim to expand its role significantly to enhance RP depth and city-wide control.
