2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a) - everytime i go into the ghetto area and see any events the families are the least active gang in the city i will completely change that and make sure we are the number 1 gang in the whole city i would keep this gang active as much as possible
b) - to keep the gang active and maintain its top position in the city i would do frequent events like store robbery everyday highway robbery ghetto clapping etc and also make sure that only the experienced people who know the basic rules join the gang so no rules would be broken i would personally take there interview and if i am not available i will appoint trusted people to do this job
c) - i will make sure that the gang members are treated respectfully and they receive what they need weather it is money cars or anything i will make sure we control 100% ghetto and also see that any gang member do not break any rule of the city if any rule is broken by any gang member he will be punished or kicked.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- i would make some criteria for joining the gang for example only the people above age 5 in the city can join the gang as i think that people understand the basic rules of the city till age 5 and i would personally make sure that whoever joins the gang knows the basic rules
- and i would not let the gang be inactive i will take care of my gang members and be personally active so that people in the gang doesnt get bored at any moment
- i will also take care of the ranks and make sure that only the people who deserve the ranks get it and ill not give the ranks blindly they will be provided with ranks according to there knowledge about the rules and there other skills
