2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I would love to become the leader of Marabunta because i used to be in Marabunta grande and it was one of the first gangs i ever enjoyed being in and i had a lot of fun in because of the friendly community that was in it, and all of the support everyone gave to eachother and all the respect the gang members gave to eachother.
2.2 I have been waiting for a long time for a chance to become a leader of a gang or criminal organization because its all i have done in my roleplay experience which is gangs and all the fun i have is in gangs. It would be a very good opportunity to finally become a leader and achieve what i have always been working for in my roleplay experience and all the time i spent trying to get this goal i have.
2.3 One of the other reasons is because i want to give a chance to all the people who have never been in gangs or have been to join a friendly, fun and supportive community to experience what it's like being a gangster and enhance their roleplay experience in this project. I've met many people before that have joined gangs and even people who have joined gangs and most of their problems we're because of people power abusing or absent leader when a situation happens with no one to step in or everyone being disrespectful to other people and I would like to change that and make everyone feel that they are equal while having fun.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Taking 100% turfs and having the suitable deputies and members for turfing.
3.2 Create a friendly and respectful community where everyone respects one another and everyone is treated equally no matter what rank they are.
3.3 Favoritism will not be tolerated, so everyone will feel equal and not get promotions or anything like that just because they are friends with a higher up in the organization.
3.4 Do as much fz raids and gang activities as possible in a day so the organization will always have activity and no one will be bored.
3.5 High Command Activity - One of the keys to leading a successful organization is having active high commands always incase a situation happens so no one gets treated unfairly and actions will be taken equally, and also its important to ensure that all mandatory gang activities are being done avoiding any rule breaks.
