1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been in the city for over 1.3 years, and during this time, I've gained a lot of experience. I started my career in EMS with passion and gained experience in other organizations as well. I worked hard for years, saw many things, and learned from my mistakes. After that, I got leadership of EMS. Once I completed my term, I thought, why not keep moving forward so I can give my time and help people at the right moment? That's why I want to leave RP life and become an admin.

My strengths are that I am a fast learner, my decision-making skills are quite good and fast, and I listen to people patiently and stay calm in every situation.

My weakness is that I have trust issues because of my past experiences and I overthink a lot on my past experience.
