Subject: Appeal for Account Ban Reversal - Account ID: 87644

Dear Grand RP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully appeal the ban imposed on my Grand RP account (ID: 87644) due to the sharing of a Social Club account with my friend. I fully understand the seriousness of this matter and would like to explain the situation in hopes that you may reconsider the ban.

Explanation of the Situation:​

  • My friend (Account ID: 50436) and I made the unfortunate mistake of sharing our Social Club account information with each other. This was done because we were sharing our PCs at the time, and we did not fully realize the consequences of this action.
  • To clarify, neither of us ever accessed or entered each other's Grand RP accounts. The only issue was the overlap of the Social Club accounts while sharing our computers, which led to the misunderstanding and subsequent ban.
  • We understand that this was a violation of the rules, and we are sincerely sorry for the mistake we made. We acknowledge our responsibility and are not seeking to shift blame to anyone else.

Contact with Admin:​

  • After the ban was imposed, we were advised by the admin, Chanush Movva, to contact support regarding the issue. However, despite our efforts, we did not receive a response from the admin, which made it difficult for us to clarify the situation before the decision was made.
  • We feel that the decision to ban our accounts was made quickly without the opportunity for us to properly explain or resolve the issue, and we believe that with more time and understanding, this could have been avoided.

Request for Reconsideration:​

  • Time Passed: It has been over 160 days since the ban was implemented, and we have had time to reflect on the mistake.
  • Our Commitment: We fully accept the consequences for our actions, including a money wipe if necessary, as we understand that we made a significant error.
  • Appeal: We kindly ask you to reconsider the decision to ban both of our accounts. We assure you that this was an honest mistake, and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
We truly enjoy playing on Grand RP, and we deeply regret the situation that led to the ban. We would be grateful if you could review our case and, if possible, revoke the ban on our accounts.
