I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully appeal the recent ban I received under Gen Rule 3.2. I understand that this rule prohibits mentioning relatives in all chats, including voice, and I fully respect the server’s guidelines.
However, I sincerely believe there may have been a misunderstanding in my case. I was only in-game for about 10 minutes, just to check government clothing, and I did not engage in any conversations where I would have violated this rule. I was quite surprised to see that I had been banned, especially since this is my first offense under Gen 3.2.
I take the server’s rules very seriously and always strive to follow them. If there was any accidental mistake on my part, I deeply regret it and will ensure it never happens again. Given that this is my first instance of being penalized under this rule, I kindly request you to reconsider the length of the punishment. A reduction would mean a lot to me, as I have always aimed to be a responsible and respectful player in the community.
