I recently applied for adminship, but Arj rejected my application. For context, I was previously an admin assistant in EN3, where I served as the EMS Chief and successfully completed two terms. I was then offered a chance to join the admin team by Sylvia. Afterward, I contacted Emad regarding the interview, and he instructed me to schedule it with Edward. I successfully passed the interview and served as an admin assistant for one week. However, due to some personal issues, I had to step down.
I’ve never filled out an admin application before this because I received a direct offer from Sylvia to join the admin team. The only application I had previously submitted was for EMS, in which I was 17 years old at the time. They never inquired about my age when I became an admin assistant, and I had no other applications where my age was listed as 18+.
Arj rejected my application, saying that I couldn’t have been an admin assistant at 17 and asked for proper proof. However, no one asked me about my age during the process, and Sylvia was the only one who reviewed my EMS application. When I asked Sylvia whether I needed to submit an application to join the admin team, she told me to wait. After a few days, she offered me the position.
I kindly request that you look into this matter so I can have a fair chance. I am also more than happy to provide proof, including DMs from Sylvia, Emad, and Edward, in case you need them.
