- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
-It is a privilege that I have been able to lead organizations twice; it has allowed me to be experienced in leading teams and providing a positive RP environment. This experience has equipped me with knowledge of what is needed to enjoy RP for everyone involved, and I feel I can contribute much more as an admin.
While roleplay has always been an important part of my experience, I feel that now it is time to step back from active roleplay and be involved in the administrative side of things to maintain a fun and even playing field for all players. Through becoming an admin, I would gain the opportunity to use my experience to assist others, enforce rules upon people fairly, and be able to immediately address concerns. My ambition is that the community will grow, meaningful roleplay will be encouraged, and players will have what they need to really enjoy playing.
- What are your strengths?
My strengths include strong leadership and communication skills, gained from managing organizations. I’m calm under pressure and make fair, consistent decisions. I’m approachable and empathetic, always ready to listen and support players. Additionally, my passion for roleplay and community-building drives me to continuously improve and create a positive environment for all players.
- What are your weaknesses?
One thing I am actively working on doing right now is sometimes being too hard on myself about how I'm doing. I expect a lot out of myself, and while it makes me try harder, it sometimes comes out as self-doubt. But I'm learning to better balance perfectionism and practicality, knowing when to grit and have faith in the process. I've also been trying to work on delegation so that I know tasks are being done well without overcommitting myself.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have high leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. I am skilled at conflict resolution, pressure decision-making, and at organizing. I am an outgoing person, and this enables me to assist the players well, and my emphasis on building a friendly, positive atmosphere will ensure that everyone has the best possible experience.

- Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Currently, I have no real-life situations that would prevent me from being active. I am determined to be present regularly and assist in the admin team without looking forward to interruptions.
- Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I am very committed to making the community better and assisting the players and the other administrators. Based on my past leadership experiences, I've realized that teamwork, consistency, and being empathetic are very important. I'm eager to apply my skills to make the server better to be a better community for everyone. If you prefer I do something different or there are some issues, I'm more than glad to resolve them.
