Hello admins, I think the permanent ban is unfair because no type of external program was found to gain an advantage over others on my computer. But what was found was an illegal redux. I'm not asking for an unban, but rather a return to the original 60-day ban. I used the same illegal redux that was found for 40 minutes, where I didn't harm anyone with this illegal redux. I regret having installed this redux but I don't understand anything about redux and I apologize for that. I will upload the povs showing how to use a different redux on the same day, I am willing to take another pc check to prove that I am not using anything illegal in the game. I've been playing on en3 for a long time and I haven't had a single punishment.

POV 3 shows that in the informal before going to PC check there was a legal redux. The illegal redux I only put in at 22.52 and the PC I took was at 23.40. Once again I apologize, but I didn't know that redux was illegal, I understand the 60 day ban but I think that a permanent ban is not the right thing to do.
