I am new to this game and got banned for 30 days because my POV does not have an overlay, i did not know about this rule nor my family told me about it before the family war. So if you guys cannot unban me at least reduce my ban because 30 day ban i just too much and it was entirely not my fault for not knowing the rule. and its been 2 days since me trying to unban my account.
