Hello,
I was recently banned for GR 6.3 which states "6.3 It is forbidden to empty the warehouse of the organization for personal purposes. | Permanent ban". I am appealing this ban because I genuinely did not break this rule and I do not see why I was punished for it, I do not think the matter was looked into properly and I would like it to be investigated, I am aware I have been told it is not about my organizational gear being robbed multiple times in a short space of time by the exact same person and family but I do not understand why else I would have been suspected of breaking this rule. I was robbed once in the ghetto during a hostage situation after being killed by the family and patched up and once outside the FIB HQ, I later went off duty as I was getting bored of being robbed and wanted to chill for a bit, when I filled out my logs in the FIB emails I posted a picture as usual of me walking up to the NPC in the armory inside of the FIB HQ and pressing the correct buttons to return my gear and show that I did not have any organizational gear on me after going off duty. I cannot return any organizational gear that may have been robbed as I no longer had it and if you check my logs which should be archived in the FIB emails you will see that I logged everything taken and returned during that shift and any shifts before that.
I am very confused about what happened and would like it looked into further or even just an explanation on how and why I was banned for this rule, I do not believe this is a correct punishment nor do I think it was a fair punishment as I have not broken the rule, if you check my punishment history you will find that I have not received as little as a mute/silence for anything.
Even after both POVs of both robberies were provided which shows we were not in any Voice Chat together or in contact at all within DMs not even IC nothing was done about the situation. I did not know they were on the highway outside of the FIB HQ waiting to rob us or that the second I arrived at the hostage situation I would be killed before I got out of my car and robbed.
