1) Past Experience And Motivation
I recently joined sahp It was honestly good. this time, not for some proper legal organization. I wanted to know what it’s like to lead one of the top gangs out there.
2) Focus on Long-Term Goals
Honestly, I don’t just want us to be a gang that’s good today and forgotten tomorrow. I think we can build something that lasts, something people talk about for ages. It’s not just about winning a few fights or making money right now—it’s about setting ourselves up to be one of the best, with solid plans, smart moves, and a crew that’s always improving. I want us to have a real legacy, not just a moment.
3) Willingness to Take Accountability
In the last 5 months of me playing grand rp I have noticed that many leaders back out when their org face any allegation not me, I’ll take the blame and make sure it gets fixed. no matter the outcome I am ready to take full responsibility. Mistakes are a part of learning, and I’ll make sure we grow from them as a team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Lately, I’ve noticed a serious drop in the quality of RP. It’s like we’re stuck in a loop .We wake up, rob a couple of people, do a store or gun store robbery, and then attend events like store looting banks, fz, etc. At first, it was exciting for gang
Instead of just handing out regular bonuses, I’d focus on actively involving new players in key RP scenarios. For example, during store robberies, they could take part in negotiations, learn how to make smart decisions. Similarly, while robbing in ghetto, they’d get a chance to practice interacting with others in a way that feels natural and immersive. This not only makes RP more engaging for everyone but also helps new players gain experience much faster.
Goals For My Term:
1) I will try for 100% turf.
2) Max Graffiti Bonus Day and Night.
3) I Will Ensure Everyone Gets Their Fair Bonus.
4) Only red in ghetto.
