2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) My first organization is bloods on that time my level was 3 but hc gave me offer of fist fight to join ,and i won that fight. It was honestly an amazing experience to me, now i think i am eligible to be a leader of bloods, i also want to know what leader actually feel to be a leader.
2) I want to make this gang one that people will remember in future.

In the last 5 months of me playing role play, i think i am ready to take full responsibility of bloods
3.Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
I Will make sure our gang do much more rp interactions, i cannot stand toxic i will make sure our gang is free from negativity and bad behaviour ,we will hire experience people do know the manage the gang well efficiently.
We will have fun making cool stories and role playing with legal organization. I will make sure everyone feels welcome and respected
