Approved Melvin Leblanc | Blocked for 14 days due to misuse of department chat

For the administration team that will be reviewing this forumn thank you for taking your time out to do so, i feel that the punishment that i have received is wrong and could have been dealt in another way for what was said by me.

Messages sent from me over department chat:

"LSPD to last: units enroute"
"Selling 100 revs cheap prices hmu"
"Marcin what is your 20"

I have recently been banned for 14 days due to what was said over the department chat within the server whilst the purge was on going. If i had known this was not allowed during the time it would never have happend, due to it being the purge where rules where restricted not knowingly i would get into trouble for doing so.

If this was not the purge i wouldn't have done anything like this, during my time through legal orgs i have not once broke any rules. Once the administrator Uni had told people to stop nothing was continued. I would like to apologise for my actions during this event it was wrong for me to say what i did and hope that the administrator can reconsider the punishment.

As mahzor has stated in another appeal regarding the bans "if I will use radio on my personal purpose, I will def destroy my career as an officer" i fully understand what i have wrongfully done it was unprofessional of me to have said that in department chat. If it would be possible to change the punishment for me to serve demorgan time / warn and be black listed from all legal orgs due to my actions.

I feel like my punishment was a bit harsh. In comparison to what others had said , I didn't write any sexual references. I understand I deserve a punishment but not a 14 day ban. With this post I would like to apologize and I deeply hope the administrator team can reconsider the punishement given.

After consideration, we decided 14 days it's so much. Your sentence time will be reduced to 5 days. I think it's a fair punishment.​
