Life Story:
Marcus Phogat was born in Syria, the world's most dangerous and heavily bombed area. Somehow Marcus survived, but unfortunately his parents and whole family passed away.
UN peacekeeping forces found him under the debris of a building and took him to America for a better life. As an orphan, Marcus was living in child care services and jumping around the States/home to home because when he grew up, he used to run from home and did not become an ideal child for anyone. When he became 16, he decided to go to Los Santos, and because of his luck, he got into modeling. Enjoying his life, girls, alcohol, and cars, he got everything he needed. But one day when going to his home, some random guy approached him and demanded money. He gave all his money, but they still gave him a scar on his face. That ended his career. He gambled all his money eventually, he lost it all and came to the street, but then he saw the Army was hiring, and he went to the Army and joined as a private. That's how he found himself as Leo.
Career Story:
Marcus Started his career as NG as a private , everything was new to him and following orders which he never did in his life. Slowly over the years he became one of the best officer in the Army. he spent most of his major years in NG and achieved high ranks as Head of dept. Of the air force. One day driving over to base one traffic cop pulled him over and told him “Sir you are driving over the limit” , Marcus Said ok i will pay fine then that police officer told him a bribe will be better . That was his first encounter with corruption, he left the NG and joined SAHP as Junior officer and started taking bribes but that was not enough, Marcus Became greedy and he wanted more.
Then he heard about one of the best org. in the city FIB , He joined it as Junior agent and started using his power over the people of Los Santos. As time passed away he was making good money but Greed never stopped because of Low rank he wasn't able to do much. He left FIB and started the study of medicine to become a doctor , over a year he became High command of Ems and started earning good. Then he switched back to FIB for a better rank which means more money.
After Sometime Marcus again joined NG and got a Head of Air Force Rank where he started taking Bribes.
Marcus found himself fully engaged in Corruption because he is earning a huge amount of money.
From there he became a corrupt officer.
Outcomes:
1 - Marcus can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe).
2 - Marcus can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3 - Marcus can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
4 - Marcus can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow her demands. (No killing).
5 - Marcus can leak or get any information from anyone for Money. (No OOC information)
6 - Marcus can do criminal activity . For example, go for ghetto clapping, buy, sell in black market (no org gears), or use illegal stuff, money machine and family events
7 - Marcus can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8 - Marcus can detain anyone that he wants and can suggest they give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. (Including LEOs. With RP Reason and IC reason to arrest/detain)
9- Marcus can start random prison breaks. (with Darknet task or using USB)
10- Marcus can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
