So I am BIO blacklisted on my twink 438937 and I didn't know I would be Blacklisted on my main 103597 i know what i did was wrong and im very sorry and i learnt from my mistakes and wont do it again is there any way u can take this into consideration.

Well, BIO given to you for use it properly not Car Ram + RDM or Violate other rules. As long as you are the same person with ID 438937 you shouldnt have that BIO. Your BIO blacklist can be appeal in future if you dont violate rules and we can see that you understood your mistakes you have done before. My decision is Your BIO Blacklist will stay.
