1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin?
I would like to become an Assistant Admin as I have a great love for this server and its community! I have a strong desire to help how I can. I have been in the city for a few months and in that time I have met a ton of great people! A few of my friends are on the admin team as-well, I want to help the community and support the people who have show me nothing but a great time! It would also be great to be able to help with technical issues of players as I am quite technically inclined!

3. What are your strengths?
- I am confident in my communication skills as I have been staff on a few other non GTA projects along with my time streaming
- I am a fairly technically inclined individual I am able to help with detecting cheaters, along with any other technical issues that may arise for players.
- I am good at understanding rules and their intentions so I believe I could answer most questions with satisfactory answers
- I am extremely active and passionate about the server
4. What are your weaknesses?
- I can be a little hyper focused sometimes
- I can get overwhelmed by situations that I do not have the ability or authority to resolve when others are not available to assist
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I am a levelheaded individual that has great communication skills, I am quite technically inclined and am able to help with technical complaints and issues. I am very active and have been around most of the legal organizations within the city. I am quite familiar with the mechanics and rules for each as a result. I am also extremely good with spreadsheets if that is useful in any way. Overall I believe I would be a good addition to the team due to my passion and drive along with my capabilities to solve problems for the players here on EN1!
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
I have the occasional day where I am required to do some stuff IRL for most of the day but very rarely am I gone for more then a few hours without a few days advance notice. Even then I am currently self employed with an open schedule so I have a lot of time to be active.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I may have only been in the city for a few months but I have a lot of experience with administration as I used to run a discord community for escape from tarkov with 12000 active members along with a few other person projects and ARMA RP servers back in the day.
