Dear Napal Fedrov,
I was banned by the Anticheat system on January 4th, 2025 (Hashtag 1013), despite not cheating. The incident occurred when I hit a player who was already lying on the ground. However, during the last strike, my character made an unusual move, which the Anticheat system seemed to flag as suspicious.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a clip or any proof to support this, but I want to emphasize that this was an accidental issue and not cheating.
I hope you can review the ban and allow me to play again. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
