I posted an AD saying i want to buy car budget - 1m

this person ( id - 167278 ) replied me that he have a car so i asked him which car so he said ANNIS SILVIA. i went to the location and he said the price of the car is 1.8m
so i said that i mentioned the budget before. then he agree with the price of 1m but first he tried to scam me with saying give me 1m. then i said give me the offer so he got his diffrent vehicle ( street blazer ) and he send me the offer to buy that instend of silvia.
