In his description of the complaint, he says that I came and killed him without giving him a (demand), but I have done this before and I know that this is legal (when I receive a notification that there is an enemy convoy and I can steal it, I go and kill anyone close to the convoy because they must save it). Why should I give him a (demand)? It is not a public area, it is an activity area to deliver and protect the convoy.
