1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
The position of being an admin assistant suits me perfectly as I don't want to leave RP in their entirety. I want a perfectly well balanced gameplay that I can enjoy and with time explore new prospects of this amazing server. I love helping out new people in the city. Also many people don't realize how hard the job of an admin actually is, as it's not mere putting some commands in, being an admin is tiring and exhausting and our role as their assistants trying to help them out is very well thought out. I wanna share some of their burden as it will help them do their job quickly and effectively and also gives us a new experience and exciting game play.

I wouldn't say weakness as per say but sometimes I can be very self critical, thinking I am not good enough and this leads to eventually a burnout. A little motivation and I am back in business
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
Communication: I can speak 4 languages and quite fluent in English
Problem solving: I can give plenty of time to a challenging problem until I find a solution
Confidentiality: I am good at keeping sensitive and personal information to myself

My strengths are
- Collaborative. I am very collaborative and social and always willing to work with people of different races, countries, languages and temper
- Detail-oriented. I am very keen in learning new things and keep my mind and eyes open to gather as much knowledge as I can without having to ask repeated questions
- Positive attitude. I always keep a positive attitude towards everyone regardless of their behavior, as it makes them behave positive towards me and makes my job easier
- Solving problems. I have a habit of finding a solution with as few resources as possible and I have learnt this in my job as I am a doctor OOC but I am not afraid to ask questions to figure something out
- Self-criticism. I am always keen to improve myself and give every critic of mine some benefit of the doubt and try to work on those mistake rather than completing ignoring them out of hate. Probably the best way to help yourself
