So i got a warning for "UB (Total Unprofessionalism)" for one of two situations yesterday Vanilla Marelli made a mistake on an AD and when someone corrected him i put in the IC radio "Tsk Tsk" that was situation number one the either situation just happened where i jokingly said to Enzo Changretta (LifeInvader Deputy) "ENZO quit your shit" which i will admit in both situations i was unprofessional but i dont think it falls under the category of "UB (Total Unprofessionalism)" but even if it did shouldnt unprofessionalism be an IC problem and handled by LifeInvader HC or LifeInvader IA especially cause i said it in an IC radio. If someone truly had a problem with me saying "Tsk Tsk" or "ENZO quit your shit" now both instances were towards someone who was a higher in command then i am so they could easily deal with it ICly and internally if they pleased. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this and i apologize for the unprofessionalism.

After review of the POV, punishment was correct. Review how you act towards your associates and collegues in the future with more respect even tho you may mean them as a joke.
