i had a arrest warrant here as you can see in my radar the white parametre and i was asking the passport he was showing i have right to arrest him for failure to comply and fail to indentify and they all talking in discord i hear there background noises they are saying give demands give demands please have look a and take action against them thank you.

In his POV, at 0:22, ID 170582 gave a clear demand for 181081 to leave the area. However, 181081 failed to comply. Since this took place on private property (a family house), we had the right to issue demands. Given the circumstances, ID 181081 should be punished for Fail RP for not following the roleplay rules.
