Life Story: Celestia was born in an urban city in Eastern Europe her childhood was nowhere near perfect, or even innocent, her father was an abusive man, not only did he abuse her verbally but also physically, always using his anger as a weapon, and any sharp object that came his way. When she turned 18, she knew she had to run away, anywhere but somewhere to escape the hell she grew up in, the military looked like a good option at that time, a free ticket that earns her money, it was nothing about patriotism, it was all about her survival, she signed a 4-year contract with the military thinking she'd find discipline and purpose, instead she found even more chaos, the wars she had fought in were more than brutal, the things she was forced to do were even worse, these 4 years were the worst, every day she would wake up to cold sweats after having nightmares of the stuff she had to do at some point, by the time the 4 years ended, she was diagnosed with PTSD, not only did her brain functions got affected, but also her soul, she became a walking shadow of who she thought she'd become, but she learned something very valuable, in war, power is everything, and morality is but a luxury.
Career Story : Upon making her way to Los Santos, Celestia decided to obtain a lawyer's license then join the FIB as their Federal Attorney, during which the corruption and criminal activity she had to deal with, made her question her morals, later on after leaving she decided to pursue a criminal career with her crime family, during which she found comfort in the life of crime, she decided to pursue a career in the Federal Investigation Bureau as an Executive Agent, however later down the road, some complications with the FIB happened due to her conduct, afterward she decided to become an officer at LSPD, but all she could think about was the criminal life, all she wanted was to help her friends, family, and people she cared about and trusted in order for them to protect her back.
Outcomes:
1. Celestia can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and; refuse to show any type of ID.
2. Celestia can manipulate state databases and add fake information. (Sufficient RP)
3. Celestia can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /me destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4. Celestia can arrest and fine anyone she feels annoyed or finds in violation of the law. (IC Reason)
