2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• Bloods was one of the first gangs that I joined in the city , many leaders took it but none of them lived up to the expectations of it , I'll try to make Bloods the most active gang within the ghetto with my team , we will make sure that all gangs within the ghetto afraid of us if they hear our name , all legal organizations will take a lot of time in planning raids or any kind of activity against gangs cause of Bloods , Me and my team of deputies will make sure there is HighCommands 24/7 to provide support to all Citizens.
  
• I'll achive the best roleplay between gangs and leo's , by making hostage situations or store robberies and getting corrupt officers to work with me as it's a part of the RP , I'll be always 1 step ahead of the leo's cause of corrupt officers and it will help me defend any kind of activity from Leo's against my organization ,I'll try to improve the RP with gangs also by maintaining a good relationship with other leaders within the city and we will host events together like hostage or subs to make sure that gangs always stay on top.
  
• Many leaders say they don't have favoritism with their oraganization but its all not truth , from my past leadership everyone know that favoritisim is not something I love , if you deserve your rank and you work hard for the organizations we will promote you and give you the rank and bonus , I'll make sure to create a bonus system for graffiti and award the most active members within my gang with special promotions or juices or money any king of bonus just to let them keep up the good work, also for turfs I'll hire the citizens who will make sure to achieve the 100% turfs .

1. NO favoritism which is the thing that i always focus to make sure my org run to the expectations.
2. Turfs 100% with my team.
3. Spray team that active 24/7 with special bonuses.
4. Deputies that active night time also to make sure we have highcommands different timezones.
5. Control the ghetto with the help of my people.
6. make a lot of hostage situations and store robberies to have fun with the leos.
