Dear recipient


I encountered an issue while completing a fishing mission when a character verification notification appeared, asking me to select an image from a set of pictures. Since I am new to the server, I accidentally clicked on the wrong image by mistake, which resulted in my account being banned—a account that I have worked hard on.


I kindly request that you consider reducing the penalty rather than completely lifting it, as the mistake was unintentional and I did not violate any of the server’s rules.
