Dear [Server/Admin Team],

I recently encountered an issue where I was performing a fishing mission, and a character verification prompt appeared, asking me to select an image from a set. As I am new to the server, I mistakenly selected the wrong image, which led to my account being banned.

I fully understand the importance of verification and the rules in place, and I sincerely apologize for the mistake. It was not intentional, and I was not using any macros, third-party software, or automation tools. I have worked hard on my account and truly value the time and effort I have put into it.

I kindly request the higher-ups to review my case and consider a reduction in the penalty rather than a full ban removal, as this was an honest mistake. I am willing to comply with any necessary steps to prove my good intentions and commitment to fair play.
